The Fletcher School's online Master of Global Business Administration (GBA) attracts ambitious, high achieving, global professionals looking to take their careers to the next level. I come alongside these mid-career professionals to support them in doing more than they ever thought possible. Whether through strategizing a career switch, fine tuning a value proposition, sharpening job search skills and networking abilities, or busting "imposter syndrome" once and for all, I support GBA students in all aspects of their professional development. I had the joy and privilege of working with mission-driven graduate students, alumni, mid- and senior-level professionals all pursuing diverse careers but united in their desire to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals across sectors. In addition to providing year-round career coaching, I managed the Fletcher Professional Development Program (PDP) course and career education. I design and deliver workshops in person and virtually on diverse topics such as navigating career transitions, authentic networking, building a personal brand, and design thinking for career development. I brought an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to my work, constantly looking for ways to better serve students and leverage technology to increase the scale and scope of our work.
