With more than two years as Head of Canada, Europe, and Australia at Crimson Education and additional experience in higher education, my professional expertise spans growth strategy, operational excellence, and team performance. My work focuses on driving innovation and delivering results across global admission products. My mission is to empower individuals in their educational journeys and ensure they achieve their academic and personal goals through tailored guidance and mentorship.
Responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and team performance across three key global admission products.
I work closely with the UK and EU Director, and other Strategy Team Leaders to support and grow the EU Strategy Division. I am responsible for training and managing all EU Strategy Consultants, as well as leading by example as an exemplar of Crimson Education’s philosophy of making a difference in students’ lives. I have built a strong team of EU Strategists with the highest standards of integrity; maintain utmost responsibility in managing students’ goals and plans; and contribute to the professional development of the self and of the team.
I work closely with students who are interested in all countries in Europe. I work alongside other Crimson tutors, mentors and consultants. My goal is to drive progress through long-term roadmaps, offering a perspective into European higher education, and mentoring through the candidacy building and application processes. I am an expert in all European countries, but primarily in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Italy, and Ireland.
I teach courses in Developmental Psychology and Theories of Personality, designing and delivering engaging lectures, leading discussions, and creating assessments that encourage critical thinking and self-reflection. I help students connect psychological theory to lived human experience.

Pediatric spinal cord injury and their caregivers Responsibilities: Oversee data collection, management, and recruiting for a longitudinal study evaluating psychosocial outcomes in children with spinal cord injury and their caregivers. Administer assessments, continued recruitment, and poster and manuscript preparation for a study investigating the relationship between psycho-social outcomes and problem-solving strategies in children with SCI. Analyze data of caregiver perspectives on parenting a child with spinal cord injury and prepare a mixed-method manuscript for publication of results. Contribute to weekly research department meetings, assist with outreach clinics in South Carolina and Florida (Shriners Hospital locations), and regularly coordinate data collection with Shriners Hospital in Chicago.
