• Institutional giving strategy thought-partner to the President. • Led and managed MOCA’s portfolio of government (federal, state, city), foundation, and corporate funding through grant writing; budget management; reporting; prospect research and cultivation. Nurtured partnerships by building relationships with program officers and family foundation representatives. • Increased the Museum’s institutional giving revenue by 20% in 7 months and 67% in 18 months. • Worked with the Museum’s program and executive staff to prospect, cultivate, and establish new partnerships and renew lapsed partnerships with donors. Secured 5 to 7 figure multi-year gifts for the Museum’s annual fund. • Participated in the strategy and implementation of a 9 figure capital campaign for a new Chinese American national museum. Cultivated family and national foundations, as well as multinational corporations, for transformational gifts. • Oversaw the compliance of an 8 figure pledge from city agencies.
