Vivid Creative House is a boutique full-service agency specializing in corporate Events, Communications, and Culture strategy. As Founder and Principal, I lead all client engagements, business development, and delivery across the agency's three practice areas. Founded and scaled a self-sourced client agency from launch, acquiring corporate clients through direct relationship development with no third-party sourcing. Lead end-to-end event production for corporate clients including incentive programs, executive retreats, leadership conferences, product launches, and brand activations — managing budgets, vendor networks, timelines, and onsite execution. Develop and deliver corporate communications strategies including executive messaging, internal communications planning, all-hands content, change management communications, and brand voice development. Partner with organizations on culture reshaping initiatives including culture audits, values articulation, employee experience design, recognition programs, and culture activation roadmaps. Manage a preferred vendor network across AV, hotel sourcing, production, and logistics to deliver cost-effective, high-quality experiences for clients.
Lead all Envista centrally managed marketing and sales functions, including Corporate Communication, Global Events, Digital Marketing, and Strategic Commercial Accounts by connecting valuable resources from each team to create well branded, messaged, and executed experiences for Envista’s customers and employees. While maintaining previous role responsibilities, lead Corporate Central Digital Marketing Organization, a centralized marketing team designed to strategically select and implement digital marketing tools for all Envista operating companies, connecting all global marketers with best practices and support. In collaboration with IT, the team selected and implemented tools that engaged and improved the customer experience. Reduced costs and gained efficiencies, resulting in increased customer experience year over year.
Lead Global Event team, responsible for all centrally managed Envista events (customer training and education events, sales meetings, leadership conferences, incentive programs) as well as designed event/logistics best practices for Envista’s operating company teams. Event attendance ranged from 200 - 2500. Implemented standard work and launched “Envista Summit” in 2022 - a bi-annual, regional dental continuing education event for 2,000+ dental professionals globally. Successfully managed costs, content, and event structure to increase net promoter score, as well as margins, year over year. Continued responsibility for Corporate Communication function.
Lead Communication team, and design internal and external communication strategy to promote and articulate the business’ operating company brands, culture, and organizational priorities to a variety of audiences including 13,000+ global employees, executive leaders, customers, potential talent, shareholders, analysts, and the dental industry. Increased internal Communication engagement score by 4% over four years. Increased Envista brand awareness on major social platforms 100% year over year. Partnered with Investor Relations and Legal teams on projects including quarterly earnings scripts, annual reports, investor meetings, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reports. Produced structure and content of annual Leadership Conference, bringing 150+ global leaders together. Served on the Danaher project team in the separation of the Dental Platform from Danaher Corporation (becoming Envista) by leading the Communication workstream. Leveraged Danaher Business System methods to ensure the multi-workstream project was executed strategically, on time, and ethically. Successfully executed the split in September 2019 and launched the new publicly traded business on the New York Stock Exchange via IPO (NYSE: NVST). Instrumental in developing new company Brand, Employer Value Proposition, Shared Purpose, and Core Values. Established a global network of keynote speakers to promote leadership, development, diversity, and Envista’s mission to digitize, personalize, and democratize for a range of audiences including top 150 leaders and 2,000+ customers.
Created internal communication strategies and content, regularly utilizing communication channels such as SharePoint, email, video blogs and newsletters. Developed employee engagement opportunities from a communicative platform while focusing on creative structure and logistical planning. Worked with senior executives on message creation and delivery strategies. Acted as the executive champion for the Tektronix Community Association (TCA) to lead, promote and organize its efforts to support positive employee engagement. Worked closely with the Tektronix Foundation and local non-profit organizations, creating connections between our business, our associates, and the community.
