As a Transformation Director within RTX’s Quality & CORE organization, I lead enterprise-wide initiatives that drive clarity, strengthen execution, and deliver measurable business impact at scale. I bring over 20 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation efforts helping organizations move from ambiguity to alignment and from strategy to sustained results. Prior to my transfotmation roles, I served as a Portfolio Director and Program Director at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, where I was accountable for domestic and international Command and Control programs across Strategic Missiles and Defense. Throughout my career, I’ve led large, diverse, and geographically dispersed teams while delivering operational improvements, margin expansion, and mission-critical outcomes. I hold a Master of Science in Engineering Management and have a technical foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. I also earned an Executive Certificate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University and am currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership, with an expected dissertation completion in December 2026.
