I am a senior leader with 15+ years of experience driving strategy, operations, organizational change, and service transformation across government, healthcare, community services, military-adjacent environments, and the non-profit sector. My career has been built around leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, translating vision into execution through strategic planning, building high-performing teams, and empowering organizations to deliver exceptional outcomes for the people and communities they serve. I’ve led major transformations, managed both small and large portfolios, guided cross-functional teams, and built new functions from the ground up. My background includes overseeing service delivery systems, implementing enterprise-wide strategies, shaping public sector programs, and helping organizations modernize operations, governance, and workforce structures. I bring deep experience in stakeholder engagement, government relations, policy analysis, change management, and performance measurement. Collaborative leadership is at the core of my approach. I’m known for building strong relationships at all levels from senior executives to frontline teams, municipal and provincial governments, community organizations, and national partners. I create clarity in complex environments, guide teams through change with empathy and accountability, and design solutions that balance strategy with practicality. Across roles, my work has consistently focused on: ✓ Organizational strategy & enterprise planning ✓ Change leadership, service redesign & innovation ✓ Cross-functional team leadership and talent development ✓ Stakeholder engagement, community relations & government partnerships ✓ Performance measurement, quality frameworks & continuous improvement ✓ Communications, issues management & executive advisory ✓ Program design, policy development & system transformation As a veteran family in our final relocation, I’m committed to contributing my experience to organizations that value integrity, innovation, and meaningful impact.
