• Recruited, on boarded, and managed relationships with law firm partners and counsel for authorship opportunities with Lexis Practice Advisor • Wrote legal copy on Lexis Practice Advisor content and competitive products and offerings for use in marketing and sales, including weekly Lexis Practice Advisor newsletter covering all practice areas • Competitive analysis and parity work, including legal content editorial comparison. • Recruited and ran Customer Discovery and Innovation projects, including NPS follow up, general feedback with users, surveys, usability research, problem discovery, naming conventions, and content testing, among others Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified.
