About

After having the ability to be a stay at home Mom for close 19 years to three amazing children, I rejoined the full time work force in the summer of 2022. Before joining the Archbishop Carroll High school family, I spent my time volunteering for my kids school and running both a small business and a backpack buddies non profit. I continue to run the Feed the Spirit ministry along with my full time job. I hope to go back to school to get my bachelors in the next couple of years.

    This job is a combination of two departments along with database management. Some of the tasks are processing payments, entering items into the database, keeping track of payment and payment history, processing letters, taking and transcribing notes from meetings. Along with updating the database information, running reports and updating spreadsheets. These are just the items done everyday. This job also requires flexibility and the ability to just jump in when help is needed elsewhere.

    Feed the Spirit is modeled after the national back pack buddies program. The program provides weekend backpacks of food for over 50+ kids in our school. This job requires attention to detail and organizational skills. It combines administrative tasks with food bank tasks like making sure items are stored correctly, no food is expired, and first in first out. Planning is required to make sure that there is enough food each week to make the bags so it includes shopping for items and stretching what money we have to make the most of it.
