1. Responsible for TikTok Shop Malaysia GPMB (Fresh, Maternal and Infant, Pet) category 10 + Mini Super Brand Day event planning and execution , including collecting AM design requirements, coordinating designers to produce multi-touchpoint resource bits such as activity main vision, H5 page, information flow card, search banner, etc., and complete system configuration to ensure the smooth launch of the event; 2. Design multiple other event visuals and posters of business event data results (sales, visitors, conversions, etc.), and support the team and merchants for effect analysis through data lake visualization; 3. Regularly update the team's monthly activity calendar, and track activity performance in combination with merchant sales, visitors, views and other data to provide data reference for subsequent quotas; 4. Analyze key merchant operation indicators, output data reports , support AM to formulate optimization strategies, improve merchant operation efficiency and activity participation; Assist in sorting out and optimizing the standard operating procedures for merchant group management, including violation complaints, event registration process, new policy promotion, daily question answers, and new merchant entry manuals, covering merchant groups managed by multiple account managers; 5. Participate in the merchant store analysis project, track the quarterly business performance of small brands, independently complete data analytics, collation of business review materials and optimization of recommended output; 6. Participate in business visits and factory visits, analyze the entire supply chain and product operation process, and make improvement suggestions based on field data.
Track 1: Content Marketing & Social Media Operations (Flight + Hotel Business Unit) Independently managed a RED (Xiaohongshu) account, creating original lifestyle and travel content to promote Trip.com’s flight + hotel offerings; achieved over 30K likes/saves and 300+ new followers within one month; Ghostwrote RED posts for user-generated accounts, producing high-quality content such as budget-friendly travel guides, hotel reviews, and destination recommendations; Supported PR efforts by reaching out to RED influencers (KOLs), assisting in collaboration negotiations and promotional campaign execution; Conducted performance reviews and continuously optimized content direction and structure to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion rates. Track 2: Livestream Operations (WeChat Channels – Trip.com “Old Friends Club” Project) Acted as the primary host on WeChat Channels, presenting and promoting travel products such as tour packages and hotel bundles; Independently executed the full livestream workflow, including scriptwriting, product uploading, and live product presentation; Gained hands-on experience in private-domain livestream strategy, enhancing viewer engagement and driving product conversion through effective storytelling.
1. Full-Cycle In-House Technical Recruiting: Full cycle recruiting from sourcing leads, conducting interviews, and placing candidates. Utilize boolean searches across various channels including Linkedin Recruire, HireEZ, ByteDance Talent Pool. 2. Recruitment channel operations: be responsible for managing, ensuring that the most reasonable and effective channels are used to explore talents; timely investigate the emerging recruitment channels, evaluate the feasibility of cooperation, and broaden recruitment channels. 3.
