With more than 30 years of cross-industry experience in business management, brand development, and market expansion, I help businesses transformation, overcome growth challenges, and build their next growth curve. Throughout my career, I have gained experience across technology, home appliances, cosmetics, biotechnology, retail channels, cross-border markets, and startup acceleration programs. I supported startups in market expansion, operational improvement, and marketing strategy, while also helping connect startups with investors through Demo Day events. This experience strengthened my understanding of innovation, entrepreneurship, and growth challenges faced by emerging businesses. I have also represented companies in discussions with trade associations and business partners across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, gaining practical experience in Southeast Asian markets and cross-cultural business development. In addition to my business experience, I completed the Leadership Coaching Level 1 certification at iCoach School in 2025, further strengthening my ability to support leaders and teams through coaching conversations, communication, and value creation.
