Every year for Jan-Feb's Gem & Jewelry Show in Tucson, I offer exhibitors a special hotel group package, to those from USA & Asia alike, as well as some Gem Buyers/clients who attend the big shows too, since most folks have 3+ staff within their own co, thus a suite or several suites, would be of most value and suitable for the 10+ days there. So for 02/20, the rates range from $109 -209/nt, primarily, from Courtyard by Marriott in William Center, residence Inn William Center, to Courtyard at Airport, BWP at Airp & Doubletree Suites by Hilton by the Tuc Airport. During the annual Gem show, the rates during this Peak season is over $139 -$249/nt during the month of Feb'20, even for a standard room alone, if individually booked online. This year, I offer 10+ hotel group special packages for the Feb Gem Show '20. They are: Courtyd by Marr in WilliamsCtr, Viscount Suite, residence Inn in WillCtr, Best Western Plus by the airport, Comfort Stes in Tuc Mall, Residence Inn by Marr w/ Kitchen, Courtyd at airp, & Doubletree Suites by Hilton at Airp, to name a few. Wholesale and retailed numerous Asian phonecards targeting the Chinese consumers who make long distance overseas calls to China, HK, Taiwan, Canada, Australia, Singapore and Domestic calls. Had over 30 retails outlets in the Bay Area promoting our 20 types of phone cards. My goal primarily was to negotiate the best routes to Asia at very competitive rates, sending over 1 million minutes of traffic daily thru routers and switches.
