- Recruit for diverse roles under various Global Business Services Service Lines across APAC, including Procurement, Corporate Real Estate, Internal Audit, Tax, Legal and many more. - Act as a strategic bridge between global hiring teams and local HR, ensuring alignment and a smooth candidate experience. - Build strong stakeholder relationships across countries, cultures, and time zones to drive collaborative hiring outcomes. - Co-manage a Power BI recruitment dashboard, turning data into clear, visual insights for decision-making. - Curate and publish a monthly Key Vacancy Bulletin, featuring open roles and internal career stories to promote mobility. - Continuously streamline recruitment processes through digitization and automation for greater efficiency and user experience. - Facilitate virtual onboarding programs for new joiners, helping them feel welcomed and connected to the Group. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their growth and integration into the recruitment function.
- Managed end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of technical roles including Application Support, DevOps Engineers, Cybersecurity Specialists, Database Administrators, Service Desk Analysts, Project Managers, Infrastructure Engineers, Network Engineers and many more. - Partnered closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source suitable candidates, and ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process. - Led hiring efforts for Internship and Graduate Trainee programs across various departments, supporting early talent pipelines and future workforce planning. - Collaborated with universities to participate in recruitment drives and employer branding campaigns, strengthening talent pipelines. - Supported onboarding preparation work for new joiners, ensuring a positive and smooth transition into the organization. - Part of the team that facilitated onboarding sessions to help new employees feel welcomed, informed, and connected from day one.
