About

After graduating from Middle East Technical University with a degree in Guidance and Psychological Counseling in 2021, I spent a year providing counseling services in my field. My passion for working with people led me to transition into Human Resources. Since 2022, I have been working professionally in HR, focusing on strategic HR management, employee development, and driving organizational excellence. I am also pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Yıldız Technical University, aiming to graduate in 2025.
