• Collaborating with employers or managers to understand the requirements of the positions needed and conducting job analysis, • Working with the employer or HR department to prepare job advertisements and publishing them on suitable platforms, • Researching suitable candidates for the positions to be filled, posting job ads on career portals, reviewing resumes, and screening candidates, • Managing the communication with candidates, coordinating the interview process, selecting suitable candidates, and scheduling interviews, • Making job offers to successful candidates, preparing offer letters, and conducting necessary negotiations, • Developing recruitment strategies and processes, implementing innovative methods and resources to attract talented candidates, • Maintaining effective communication, collaboration, and relationships with employers, managers, and other departments to understand recruitment needs, • Conducting reference checks, • Utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS), • Reporting and analyzing recruitment processes, • Organizing and conducting orientation processes for new hires, • Planning and monitoring Young Talent programs.

• Providing support to the recruitment team, • Organizing candidate examination arrangements, • Organizing candidate interview arrangements, • Tracking changes in coverage of private health insurance, • Ensuring the implementation of personnel records processes in line with company policies, • Carrying out personnel entry and exit processes in accordance with institutional procedures and regulations, • Tracking personnel documents such as annual leave, visa paperwork, payroll, work permits, customer requests, etc., • Creating, updating, and tracking personnel files, • Daily monitoring of the Personnel Attendance Control System (PACS) and performing necessary transactions through the system, • Conducting required management reporting, • Monitoring and maintaining records of training and performance evaluation reports.
