Recruitment Specialist ( @ Aydın & Muğla ) Managing end-to-end recruitment processes both locally and globally (posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, reference checks, offer processes, and preparing onboarding documents). Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with organizational goals. Conducting retention interviews with employees and preparing reports. Supporting promotion processes by collecting relevant data, organizing assessment center sessions, and participating in feedback meetings. Overseeing the performance management process, including assisting with goal setting, evaluations, and conducting feedback sessions when necessary. Planning social activities to enhance employee motivation and actively participating in internal communication initiatives. Drafting and revising job descriptions. Creating and maintaining organizational charts. Attending career fairs to build a talent pipeline. Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining a talent database for future hiring needs. Managing end-to-end hiring processes for individuals with disabilities and collaborating with relevant organizations. Meeting with departments to plan headcount strategies before the new year. Using SAP for recruitment, performance management, and data tracking. Managing onboarding and orientation processes for new employees. Designing and implementing projects aimed at improving employee satisfaction (e.g., employee experience, stay interviews, etc.).
Post job ads, review CVs, organize interviews, and support the hiring process. Guide new employees through onboarding, training, and company integration. Maintain employee files, contracts, and other HR documentation. Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration. Organize training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs. Support employee relations by solving problems, answering questions, and promoting good communication. Ensure company policies follow labor laws and internal standards. Coordinate HR projects, reports, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist management in building a positive work culture and employee engagement Managing permit processes for foreign employees.
Sourcing Candidates - via our database, career portals, networking, advertising, and referrals, Candidate/Client Management - providing support in recruitment operations like organizing interviews, making reference check, e-mailing, Recruiting - Finalizing hires by sending job offers to selected candidates,
