▪ Lead monthly S&OP meeting with local and regional sales team on market demand for material planning. ▪ Conduct historical analysis to provide insights into future forecast and using it with current market trends to develop a rolling demand plan. ▪ Validate demand requirements, perform risk assessments and monitor performance against demand plans. ▪ Collaborate with sales team to develop and validate forecast of new business. ▪ Provide monthly reports on forecast accuracy and analysis of key accounts.
▪ Work with internal stakeholders on Sales and Operations Planning process to generate demand forecast and long-term sales plans. ▪ Align with commercial planner on market demand and supply planning alignment with supply and production planner. ▪ Analyse weekly performance data and conduct root cause analysis of error. ▪ Coordinate and report demand planning portion in weekly Sales and Operations Execution meeting. ▪ Review inventory holding and trends to ensure appropriate stock level. ▪ Monitor slow and aging stock to minimise any potential write off including inventory related to business opportunities. ▪ Partner with New Product Introduction (NPI) project and Commercial team to ensure timely completion of new product launch and campaign.
- Daily material planning of assigned product lines including monitor and control stocking inventory levels. - Ensure sufficient materials for production to support sales request and meet customer delivery requirement. - Generate and validate forecasts with inputs from regional sales team for supply execution. - Support product phase-out and new product introduction as well as develop ramp-up plans for new product and coordinate pilot run schedule. - Oversee production turnaround time by monitoring progress of finished goods and components to ensure orders are completed within target turnaround. - Engage with product team and project managers on processes improvement.
- Key point of contact requirement for all customer requirement and escalation related to sales booking, order delivery and post sales activities. - Manage sales order process from receipt of order through to shipment for assigned customers/ product lines. Evaluate performance and take corrective actions to improve process and service. - Perform order validation and propose improved process while ensuring all orders information are successfully flow into system without errors. - Handle and coordinate any sales order returns.
- Key point of contact between customers, distributors and operation teams regarding all customer related information and requirements. - Execute end-to-end sales order processing process and order fulfilment using Oracle, in which includes working closely with planners, overseas counterparts and finance. - Communicate with product engineers and customer on new product development or modification to the current configuration/ packaging artwork. - Coordinate with relevant personnel in preparation of product registration, tender documentation and render support in product complaints investigation report. - Coordinate any customers’ return goods/ materials and liaise with relevant sections on the disposition.
