• To make financial analysis and generate quotations considering customer demands as part of cost, product/service detail provided by sales team • To generate price lists of new products to be included in product portfolio •To create reports and work on pricing policies by evaluating customer feedbacks and sales performance • To participate in quarter/year end closing & reporting activities • Executing pricing of products & services through profitability and market analysis in order to manage revenue & profitability • To follow up project sales and report them in order to track win rates • Attending to tenders in order to provide best price • Monitoring market and competition trends
• Management of whole procurement processes • Create several reports/presentations such as MRP in order to determine demand planning and follow purchasing, sales, inventory condition • Plan monthly shipping schedule communicating with sales, finance, suppliers and warehouse. • Create and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods • Interact with logistics service providers in order to book shipments and track & tracing • Support sales team by providing technical informations about products, assist them in pricing strategy & customers visit. • Make price lists considering competitor behaviours & current economical conditions • To make purchasing budget annually and follow up monthly. • Coordinately working with finance, marketing, customs officer and building up effective communication with all levels of the organization. • Manage/Attend to meetings with domestic&foreign suppliers in order to make improvements and evaluate current business. • Supply other tasks in daily business flow
