Responsible for the external&internal communication activities and local stakeholder management of Enerjisa’s three distribution companies (AYEDAS, Baskent, Toroslar) Planning and developing reputation management strategies to establish and maintain goodwill and understanding between the organizations and public. Leading the development and implementation of communication strategy and its plan for three distribution companies and in charge of management of crises communication. Partner with different stakeholders inside and outside the company such as top management, public institutions and local authorities Day to day management of the other communication/marketing and business support related acitivies as required and planned.
Responsible for the planning and executional processes of Press Relations Management, and Crisis Communications Management. Managing the PR aspect of the organization by creating key msgs and content. Guide top management in external comms areas and conduct their key notes msgs. Conduct and execute media & crisis communications plan. Implement and coordinate brand related activities to increase the recognition of the company brand in terms of reputation management.
-Implement a patient relations brand program for defined areas in which patients can utilize on their recovery processes. (Brand building process consists of launch campaign by considering all communications channels.) -Investigate and research patient inquiries or complaints in online and offline platforms to appropriate medical needs and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution. -Planning and executing of the three patient brands’ communications with PR activities, media planning, merchandising and event managements.
- Creating the first corporate identity for ESN Türkiye. - Managing national activities without any profits, to help exchange students to adopt the cultural diversities.
