As the founder of TASALANMA TASARLA since June 2014, I specialize in combining human-centered design, design thinking, and sustainability to deliver tailored education, consultancy, and project support. With over 9 years of experience as a lecturer at Özyeğin University, I have developed expertise in co-creation, facilitation, and user experience (UX), empowering organizations to foster innovation and navigate cultural transformation. My work focuses on equipping organizations and leaders with strategic tools to build clarity, foster collaboration, and align purpose with actionable goals. Leveraging storytelling, strategic thinking, and narrative intelligence, I guide teams in creating sustainable solutions and adapting to the challenges of the Triple Transition — digital, green, and social.
