Monitoring, Titration etc.) • Maintains Quality Food Safety System Records, including all CCP monitoring is carried out effectively, report any non-conformities and report follow up action. • Initiates meeting with management group, discuss issues and communicate to all levels of the organization. • Handles customer complains, conducts traceability study and meet up with clients when quality concerns arises. • Manages Conduct sensory evaluation and shelf life study of new and existing products.
