Responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with four strategic partners for Bell Enterprise. These partners have multi-level relationships with Bell and would be considered the top SW and HW vendors globally. Strategic relationship management and business development are key focuses of this role resulting in me leading the development of the business case and the successful negotiations of the first and largest SaaS reseller agreement between Bell Canada and Microsoft for Office 365. I was also responsible for the vertical strategy for the Ontario government with a keen focus on industry business development activities. Often designing and leading the strategy from a business perspective, i work closely with the Sales team to support and enable their strategic opportunities. Current strategic projects include the Ontario Government UCC evolution, Green IT and Accessibility strategy.
