In my present role as Senior Retail Analyst; Major responsibilities include: Administering all aspects of retail fresh boarding ratios for Air Canada aimed at optimizing profitability and reducing waste by route, departure time, and catering station, performing a critical review of program results on a day-to-day basis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute immediate changes as required, analyzing and providing item forecasts for catering station based on trends and previous analytics, developing and delivering in-depth analytics/reports on all KPI's for overall retail associates and present finding to business, preparing and managing budgeting and forecasting tools for each program, presenting analytics throughout launch and recommendations through evaluation of performance and results.
