Passionate Human Resources professional with hands-on 10+ years of experience in Business Partnering HR Role, Employee Relations, and Senior Stakeholder Management. I am managing large dynamic teams with key customer base and my leadership has provided me with opportunities to explore my skills in various geographies, namely, US, Japan, China & Brazil. I have had the opportunity to go beyond my role and participate in various organization development initiatives thus channelizing my interests and gaining in-depth knowledge. Outside of my work, you would find me supporting few educational institutes as Member of Board of Studies and Placement Coordination. Eventually my aim is to create a platform wherein I could blend the theoretical knowledge and industry experience and help the academic institutes progress in HR Stream. When not at work you would find me enjoying a good book, landscape photography, a musical concert or a stand-up show, trying out new restaurants or even binge watching a good series on OTT platforms. Along with these extra-curricular activities, I am also part of Bharat Soka Gakkai(India-Wing of Soka Gakkai International) an organization that strives to work for Respect for Each Individual & World Peace.
