This involved; - Responsible for all internal and external marketing communications and the corporate branding strategy both in the UK and USA, reporting to the Director of Marketing. - Developed the communications strategy and plan working with a budget of ₤300,000 pa. - Managed the production of all corporate literature produced worldwide from concept to design to copy and print production, including the Report & Accounts, brochures, product fact sheets, corporate templates. - Produced the corporate events calendar for all broker entertainment and staff events from concept through to execution of event management. - Managed PR agencies on all press releases, LSE announcements and results days and was point of contact for all press enquiries.

    Independent Films was an independent TV production company producing 50+ TVC's annually. During my time as Production Assistant I supported Producer, Rob Spencer and Director Peter Cherry. My responsibilities included: - During the pitch process: responsible for assisting the director from putting together the pitch presentation materials to research and editing videos for the pitch. - During pre-production: responsible for booking crew, liaising with the casting agents, wardrobe and art department, attending locations searches, preparing the call sheet, booking travel & accommodation and assisting with any agencies meetings prior to shoot. - During production: responsible for ensuring all cast arrive on time, on standby to assist with any unforseen complications, assist the director onset, liaise with producer and production manager to ensure smooth running of shoot. - During post-production: liaise with editing facility, return all equipment, label all left over film, assist production manager finalising all petty cash and crew expenditure. - In Office: responsible for video library, reference materials, sending out directors show reel and assisting on other commercials being produced by the company.
