A highly motivated and purpose-driven professional with a strong background in digital transformation and international project management across Europe and Asia. I bring hands-on experience in agile IT project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and business strategy execution, having worked at the interface of technology and business for clients in both corporate and public sectors. I am a bilingual communicator with strong analytical and organizational skills who adapts quickly to dynamic environments while meeting complex requirements under pressure. Over the past years, I have gained deep insight into the challenges and opportunities of digitalization projects — especially in cybersecurity, identity and access management (IAM), and data-driven process optimization. My work has consistently focused on translating complexity into actionable solutions while creating value for diverse stakeholders. After several years in tech-driven industries, I made a conscious transition into research. I completed a master’s degree in Diversity Studies at the University of Göttingen and pursued a PhD on corporate social responsibility and DEI metrics. However, I went back to cyber security consulting. I am particularly passionate about leveraging digital innovation to solve real-world challenges in i.g. healthcare, mobility, and data ethics. My interdisciplinary background allows me to combine technical knowledge with a deep understanding of inclusion, access, and social impact. I am eager to contribute to high-performing teams where research meets real live challenges. Let's connect and exchange!
