Develop and execute enterprise communication strategies and plans to support the delivery of Inclusion priorities; deliver involving, engaging communications which help build trust and engagement; build and develop relationships with Inclusion influencers and stakeholders working in partnership with HR; lead on monitoring , insights and analysis – internal and external; work closely with Campaigns team to ensure Inclusion examples/people stories are woven into enterprise campaigns and moments; explore influencers/champions relationships and the possibility of culture/inclusion recognition moments.
Coordinate the relations between the global team and the local operating companies (LOCs) to ensure that LOCs are aligned and able to focus on the overall regional ambition; generate communications that facilitate this coordination, allowing LOCs to operate seamlessly within the broader regional framework; play a vital role in effectively communicating and engaging with stakeholders; develop and implement communication strategies, manage external and internal communications, and build relationships with government officials and key influencers; ensure that messages are clear, precise, and relatable by arranging simple, everyday words to convey complex topics.
