Currently holding a master’s degree in Business Administration and Organization from İstanbul University, has completed the Modern Administration Skills Program delivered for senior executives by RIPA in London. Took part in many local and global platforms as Strategy and Management Advisor Worked as a researcher, specialist and senior executive in prime ministry, UNESCO, non-governmental organizations and various private institutions. Subsequent to his career as prime ministry officer, he continued working as a strategy and management advisor and change management professional in several public and private institutions at local and international levels. Works as advisor for the projects on corporate development, strategy and change management, corporate analysis, organizational planning and organization handbooks, reporting systems, service benchmarking, client/citizen and employee satisfaction. Designs and carries out analysis works for and moderates focus meetings and conferences in the areas of strategic management, corporate culture. Works as advisor for construction of executive boards; determination of working principles and development of the roles and responsibilities of chairman, members, committees and senior executives in the organizational structure; design and implementation of programs for the development of senior executives. Also takes responsibility as independent executive of board for the effective function of the executive boards; formation and operation of committees of corporate governance, internal auditing, early detection of risks.
