As an Ambassador for the Management History Division (Academy of Management), I build multidisciplinary and cross-regional relationships, promote Division projects, and encourage new members in integrating into our community. My research interests include organizational theory and qualitative methods that integrate Eastern and Western traditions, fostering relationships with scholars and practitioners who align with these viewpoints. Through the examination of the connections between corporate history and the future of work, I investigate how individuals and organizations understand transformation. I aim to examine the influence of historical transformations in work and organizational structures on contemporary context. My intention is to create frameworks that integrate history with future-oriented perspectives to interpret and anticipate the evolving significance of corporate life.
