Within Getir, I took part in strategic partnerships and projects for the company's largest category, Snacks, and GetirMore's core category, Food. In line with this, I developed and implemented innovative campaigns that were suitable for the partners' needs. In addition, I helped optimize overall performance in collaboration with multiple business partners by prioritizing business calendars and communication processes with business partners. I contributed to the entire campaign preparation process; I supported the planning of all processes and ensured maximum performance. I performed pre- and post-campaign KPI analyses and planned marketing activities to be more effective on the target audience with data-based insights. I supported increasing sales by managing multiple marketing tools, diversifying the brand's perception using both digital and traditional media tools, and increasing the usage rate of the application.
I collaborated closely with various departments to support HR initiatives at Getir. Key responsibilities included assisting in talent acquisition efforts, such as resume screening and interview coordination. I contributed significantly to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, while actively participating in organizational projects that streamlined workflows and improved efficiency. I effectively supported, formed, and managed relationships with stakeholders and leadership teams within the business environment. Furthermore, I assisted in organizing training sessions designed to enhance employee skills and productivity. I gained valuable hands-on experience in ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. I actively contributed to fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture, and played a key role in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and successful transition into their roles.
