I am a Chief Operating Officer with over 12 years of experience in textile manufacturing, leading large-scale, multi-factory operations across hosiery, seamless activewear, and technical textiles. Throughout my career, I have focused on building strong operational systems, improving efficiency, and creating high-performing teams. I have led complex manufacturing environments with thousands of employees, managing end-to-end operations including production, planning, quality, maintenance, and supply chain. Most recently, I have been driving digital transformation initiatives, particularly in AI-supported MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ERP–MES integration, aiming to create more transparent, data-driven, and scalable manufacturing systems.
