I took part in the tender preparations of two projects. The first project is a refurbishment of a luxury-class residential house in Chelsea, which includes demolition, external and internal works. In this project, we conducted our preparations according to the JCT contract. • Preparing full tender package of project, with preparation of detailed BOQ, • Detailed calculation and pricing of the new basement extension`s construction according to underpinning construction method • Calculation labor costs of internal demolitions and alterations • The presentation of final study prepared in accordance with the employer format The other project is a paper mill project located in Chester. In this project, my responsibilities were • Revision of the scope of the tender package for the finishing works, • Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, according to NEC4 Option B conditions.
Working as a manager of a busy team, taking responsibility for various projects at different stages. The workload includes 8 luxury-class residential blocks, a refurbishment residential block and a school project within the scope of urban renewal.
