**E-Ledger (E-Defter)** Journal and ledger are two important documents for Turkish accounting system. Revenue Administration has decided to convert these two paper based documents to electronic format. For that reason, XBRL GL is choosen as electronic format. XBRL GL is standard format for 3rd-party software to create journal entries to pull into client GL system. Revenue Administration has customized XBRL GL for Turkish accounting system. Companies must generate XBRL GL (XML based) files accourding to some rules (schmatron, XSD, Xades) and upload their summary to Revenue Administration system. My responsibilities are; * Customizing XBRL GL for Turkish accounting system. * Participating technical meetings with customer/end user/contractors. * Performing architectural and detailed design from software requirements. * Performing all necessary retesting, and updating other software products as needed based on the results of tests. * Performing the test of a computer software configuration item on an alternative system. * Writing schematron rules. Schematron is a rule-based validation language for making assertions about the presence or absence of patterns in XML trees. * Writing XSLT documents which are necessary for viewing XML documents human readable. * Preparing all necessary software, system and user documents. * Maintaining existing software functionality and enhancing it with new features. * Integrating about 15 accounting software companies (listed at www.edefter.gov.tr) to the application.
**E-Invoice (E-Fatura)** E-Invoice Application is a web-based application which is responsible for receiving digitally signed invoices from sender and sending them to receiver. E-Invoice Application supplies a network between clients. Clients can have two roles; sender and receiver. Every client must connect to e-Invoice Application Network to send and receive documents. There is a web service application running on E-Invoice Application. Communication between clients and e-Invoice Application is via web service. Documents which is transported between clients and e-Invoice Application via web service is an XML type. XML types are Universal Business Language. Current version of UBL is 2.0. Turkey’s UBL customization version is 1.0. Turkey’s customization uses Invoice and Application Response documents types. My responsibilities are * Participating technical meetings with customer/end user/contractors. * Performing architectural and detailed design from software requirements. * Performing all necessary retesting, and updating other software products as needed based on the results of tests. * Performing the test of a computer software configuration item on an alternative system. * Writing schematron rules. **E-Distraint (E-Haciz)** The aim of the project is to integrate nearly 40 Turkish banks to the Revenue Administration system via web services.There is a two-way secure communication with system and each bank. Secure communication is provided by SSL, electronic signatures and username authentication. * Maintaining current codebase for troubleshooting bugs and adding new features. * Writing software specifications and unit tests. * Making all necessary revisions/updates to the software. * Performing the test of a computer software configuration item on an alternative system. * Developing the test planning for integration tests. * Writing a web based application for monitoring system and applying test plan for each bank. * Integrating nearly 40 banks to the system.
