I’ve built my career around working with people, solving problems, and continuously growing in every role I’ve taken on, from customer service and technical support to quality evaluation, team leadership, and now customer experience at Clio. Each step has helped me develop a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and performance. At Clio, I’ve been able to take that further by consistently delivering strong results, contributing to product adoption, and getting involved in initiatives. I enjoy taking ownership of my work, finding better ways to do things, and creating a positive impact through both results and collaboration.
