Mehak Gupta is a final-year law student at the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She holds a B.A. (Honours) in Political Science from Janki Devi Memorial College, University of Delhi, where she was the batch topper in her second and third years. She has gained diverse legal experience through internships with law firms such as Singhania & Partners LLP and Hammurabi & Solomon Partners, where she worked on matters relating to arbitration, insolvency, and commercial disputes. Her experience also includes a judicial internship at the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), where she conducted research on issues under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and company law, and assisted in legal analysis of appellate proceedings. Mehak has also interned with institutions such as the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights and the National Human Rights Commission, where she engaged with issues relating to child protection and human rights. She is a Young Member of YSIAC (Singapore) and IAMC (Hyderabad). Her research interests include dispute resolution, international law, human rights, and corporate and insolvency law, and she has authored several publications on international relations, human rights, and child protection. She is always eager to learn more and use her knowledge to contribute positively to the society.
