I am a recent graduate from Pace University - Lubin School of Business. I completed my studies in Business Management, with interests in Marketing and Sales. I have experience in Social Media Marketing, Sales, and I have many transferable skills to offer. I am great in communicating with others, managing a team, and I possess strong leadership skills.
• Manage the quality and accuracy of social media posts created by 15 interns and provide feedback to ensure appropriate messages are posted. • Create 5-10 social media posts daily, and publish content for current campaigns extending user reach. • Utilize Later Social and Hootsuite to schedule posts and measure results for current campaigns.
• Establish an understanding of inventory and in-store placement of over 500 items to ensure adequate supply and store displays. • Provide high levels of customer service by recommending products and styles. • Received and processed cash and credit payments in an accurate manner for 50+ customers daily.
• Assist with creating flyers on Canva for programs the company offered to increase customer awareness. • Edit, create thumbnails, and upload webinars to YouTube to notify consumers of webinars. • Help manage meetings, emails, and appointments for the CEO to ensure a smooth calendar.
