Leading and managing a diverse team covering marketing, SDR, sales operations, and SFDC engineers. Drove our sales success through sales process optimization and implementing best operational practices to support hyper-growth from 2M ARR to 20M ARR. Established procedures across all Sales departments (from SDR to Account Management) ensuring smooth operations. Provided analytics & reporting on metrics, delivering data insights to Sales leadership to understand and improve GTM strategies. I led and managed the integration of tools like Salesforce.com, PandaDoc, Gong, Dooly, and SalesLoft (and others), boosting our analytics capabilities. Supported a variety of stakeholders and assisted with leading company-wide, cross-functional initiatives.
As a Sales Operations Specialist, I provided guidance, structure, and support for the Sales organization, and assisted in the creation of sales processes, forecasting guidance, and performance reporting. Assisted Sales leadership in deploying Sales Territories and Quota planning, and implemented Sales processes and best practices across all Sales departments. Helped Sales, CX, and Finance teams with revenue recognition processes, deal audits, deal desk, and billing.
