• Manage costing activities for new product development projects. • Prepare cost estimates, BOM analysis, and feasibility studies. • Participate in new product development activities from concept to product launch. • Coordinate prototype development, trial planning, and validation activities. • Work closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. • Support customer requirements, process development, and production readiness. • Participate in internal and customer audits and ensure compliance with quality standards. • Identify cost optimization and value engineering opportunities while maintaining product quality and performance.
• Lead end-to-end new product development activities from concept to production launch. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Suppliers. • Conduct feasibility studies, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), DFMEA/PFMEA, and risk assessments. • Manage prototype development, product validation, testing, and PPAP activities. • Review 2D/3D drawings, GD&T, specifications, and engineering change requests. • Drive APQP activities and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements. • Support tooling development, trial builds, and production readiness. • Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality targets to ensure successful product launches. • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product and process issues. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project status updates. �
