-Provided white-glove service for full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions including Channel, Brand, & Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Digital, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, Data Science, Continuous Improvement, EPMO, and Facilities. - Conduct initial kick off call, create/edit job descriptions, pre-screen, creatively, source, schedule interviews, debrief candidates, recommend offers, and manage negotiations. - Drive employee referral traffic, keeping top talent engaged, create candidate pipelines, and partner closely with talent management & compensation teams.
Responsible for full-cycle executive recruitment, creating TA strategies, bringing forth creative projects and managing a team of Associate TA Partners. Focuses on partnering with hiring leaders from Managers to C-Level Executives within various teams including IT, Digital, Experience Technology, Client Consulting + Services, Finance, Legal, International, and our Fabrication shop on their recruitment needs and identifying top, diverse talent nationally (or internationally). Conducts kick-off calls, creating/editing of job descriptions, pre-screening, sourcing, interview coordinating, and offer recommendations & negotiations. Guides hiring leaders on best practices, DEI initiatives, developing future TA strategies, and driving the recruitment process.
