I lead marketing at Figures, and over the last three and a half years, I've built the function from zero to 60% of pipeline and ARR coming from marketing. Not because we had a big budget, but because we made deliberate bets on brand, community, and demand gen before it was obvious we should. Three things I actually own : - Brand: I positioned Figures as the European reference on pay transparency. When HR leaders and CFOs think about the EU Pay Transparency Directive, Figures is in the conversation. That took years of consistent POV, not a rebrand. - Demand gen: Full-funnel across France, UK, and Germany. Content, SEO, paid, webinars, field marketing, ABM. I also built the sales enablement stack to support our move upmarket. - Community: I founded CompClub, 150+ HR and C&B leaders from Salesforce, Decathlon, Accor. It's a safe space to talk about compensation. And honestly, one of the things I'm most proud of. I lead a hybrid team, build AI workflows to scale output rather than replace people, and occasionally write or speak about B2B SaaS marketing when I have something worth saying 🤷‍♀️ Send me a message, I'm sure we'll get along 🤝

      I lead marketing at Figures, with a mandate covering brand, demand generation, field marketing, marketing ops, and community. What I focus on day-to-day: - Brand and category leadership on pay transparency. Figures is now the European reference voice on the EU Pay Transparency Directive, with a category narrative deployed across landing pages, ebooks, webinars, and PR. The work spans CEO-led webinars, a six-session bootcamp series, a YouGov mirror study on salary transparency, and ongoing media presence in the HR and business press. - Mid-market and enterprise pipeline. I run full-funnel demand generation across Europe, combining SEO, paid, content, webinars, and field events. The ABM and sales enablement stack I built with our PMM supports a deliberate move upmarket, with marketing now sourcing 60% of pipeline and ARR. - CompClub as a strategic asset. Founded and grown into a private community of 150+ HR and C&B leaders from Salesforce, Decathlon, Accor and other European employers. It runs as a top-of-funnel source for the enterprise pipeline and as a field marketing engine that no competitor can replicate. - Marketing ops and AI workflows. HubSpot, Make, Apps Script, Zapier, Clay. I architect automations that let a small team run like a much bigger one, from funnel analytics to enrichment pipelines to lifecycle automation. - Team and leadership. I hire and lead the hybrid marketing team across content, social media, design, PR, and community, reporting to the CEO.

      I joined Figures as the first marketing hire to build the function from the ground up. The mandate was broad and the canvas was blank: define the positioning, build the first demand gen channels, hire the early team, and prove that marketing could be a primary pipeline source for a category that didn't exist yet in Europe. Some of what I built during those two years: - A demand generation engine combining SEO, content, paid, webinars, and field, designed to scale across three European markets (France, UK, Germany). - The first Figures category narrative on pay transparency, anticipating the EU Pay Transparency Directive before it became mainstream. The narrative now drives most of our inbound and brand. - The first Figures events, partnerships, and CEO-led webinars, including co-events with Swile, and BPI France. - The first marketing hires and the operating rhythm that the team still runs on today.

I defined the product marketing strategy including persona development, GTM messaging, inbound content, and end-to-end lifecycle automation. I partnered with the Product team on personas and go-to-market messaging for B2B SaaS launches. The work delivered 19% more organic traffic and 57% more leads generated over nine months.
