We deliver high quality outcomes within short time frames, often globally and simultaneously across multiple time zones. Campaign Search is a focussed search approach; we comprehensively map the target list of organisations agreed, identify those with an appropriate profile and proactively take our clients’ opportunity to passive candidates. We set aggressive deadlines to deliver candidate campaign events onsite and virtually. We work towards interview dates a maximum of three weeks in advance to deliver shortlisted candidates who have met agreed selection criteria. Offers are confirmed for successful candidates on the same day and we manage the offer and resignation process through to candidate onboarding. This structured process is proven to drive improved ratios and quality of hire.
