Lately, I’ve been focused on energy, digital innovation, and cybersecurity, especially how change happens and what it means for the future. I was born and raised in Calgary, and my career has taken me across different industries—from energy to entrepreneurship to technology. I started as a geologist, working on drilling rigs before moving into operations and running a geological consulting business. When the oil and gas industry faced challenges in 2015, I shifted gears, stepping into entrepreneurship and later transitioning into tech. My move into tech sales was unexpected but made sense. Geology is data-heavy, and early on, I saw how technology could unlock insights from complex datasets. That foundation led me to cybersecurity, data analytics, and AI—helping businesses secure and maximize the value of their data. Always happy to chat—especially about hockey!
