I am recently just finished studying advertising and Public relations at City of Glasgow College. It requires a lot of dedication so that I can achieve the best out of the course. With the recent class trip to New York it has made me more determind to work within this indusrty. We visited many diffrent agencies and it gave me and insight into how and agency work. This was a life changing trip for me as it allowed me to see how fast past New York was . I am a very outgoing person and have a very bubbly personality. With taking this role it has allowed me more responsibility with in the work fore. Working in partnership with the Store Manager to has allowed me to achieve high store standards by ensuring that all staff are focused on exceeding customer expectations high customer service and outstanding product knowledge. Within this role i also have taken it upon myself in Planning and co-ordinating all store activities such as cash handling, staff training and providing the staff with their daily sales targets.
Working for this mid range fashion retailer has allowed me to develop excellent customer service skills, often offering style advice on current and future trends.
