    As a Support Administrator for Blue Arrow, I have many duties on a day to day basis in order to provide proactive administration support and ensure the smooth running of payroll operations in order to assist the operational team maximize sales and temporary gross margin, whilst ensuring service excellence by embracing Blue Arrows promise based culture. Main responsibilities of a Support Administrator such as myself are: General Administration: • Maintain knowledge and actively be aware of all branch strategies and aims and provide any administration support required, using all resources within your control • Chase any references from flexible employees previous employers, gathering market data and generating business leads where possible • Take internal and external messages, dealing with issues directly where possible, or transferring to the relevant team member • Promptly action all branch filing Payroll Administration: • Proactively manage the weekly processing of flexible employee timesheets inline with company standards and timescales • Ensure the operational team achieve a quick turnaround of pay and bill by chasing flexible employees and clients for late timesheets • Maintain high levels of accuracy when inputting data into the FROST payroll system Candidate Care: • Warmly greet applicants either by phone or face to face and assist with the pre-screening process • Answer incoming calls and e-mails in a professional and responsive manner • Assist in the completion of registration forms and where appropriate arrange registration appointments Other duties also include Marketing & Advertising and Presentation of the Office.
