● Manage three museums within the City of Raleigh’s Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department (PRCR) including strategic planning, exhibits, events, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, rentals, summer camps, education, and more ● Direct all planning, execution, and marketing of sustaining events engaging 30,000+ people annually ● Coordinate the entire staff of all three museums including recruitment, hiring, and training, as well as serving as the human resource liaison processing payroll, and handling disciplinary processes ● Develop and implement educational programming for students aging preschool through college ● Served as a member of the strategic planning team for all three museums, PRCR, as well as the City of Raleigh’s 30-year plan
