Partnered closely with Loan Officer to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of loan processing. Streamlined operations by conducting preliminary file processing for quicker turnaround times. Played a key role in income assessment, carried out DU and LP evaluations, and oversaw the acquisition and refinancing of loans. Acquired a National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) license.
Collaborated with the Loan Officers to optimize loan processing efficiency and effectiveness. Conducted pre-processing of files to expedite turnaround times. Managed the processing of VA and FHA loans, maintaining clear and efficient communication through email and phone interactions with various companies, clients, and internal team members. Demonstrated a strong commitment to remaining focused and goal-oriented in order to enhance loan processing efficiency.
