As Vice President, Digital Growth Marketing/Innovation, I am responsible for daily oversight of the bank’s digital marketing success. This includes a daily review of each placement performance, testing new strategies, adjusting as necessary and communicating this information cross functionally.
All Nations Worship Assembly is ministry with over 20 locations nationally and in Canada. In this role, I direct the organization’s growth in alignment with the vision. This has been achieved by the following: Development - Investigates and recommends new markets and industries for brand expansion. Strategy - Directs the launch, development and strategy for new locations and business ventures. Marketing – Directly oversee the communications strategies to ensure the strength and longevity of the brand, by enforcing the vision and the brand strategies through all forms of media. Operations – Taking ownership of the operational deliverables including timelines, budgets, staffing, measurable goals, and stakeholder communications. Design and publish key dashboard metrics, both financial and non-financial, covering the operations of all 20 locations.
