• Identify and place IT professionals, reducing client's time spent on hiring • Provide "white glove" service to candidates by facilitating the interview and onboarding process • Educate and mentor talent acquisition/sales staff on recruiting best practices and strategies • Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques to screen and source qualified candidates for executive leadership consideration • Develop and manage complex recruitment plans and projects while consistently pipelining critical talent • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and partnerships • Responsible for developing, recommending, and executing recruitment strategy with hiring managers to ensure a successful candidate placement within required time frames • Provide reports and presentations on market development, recruitment strategy, and industry best practices • Design and develop efficiency tools for sourcing and recruitment analytics
