I’ve spent the last 10 years working in logistics and operations across shipping, freight forwarding, and APAC environments. Most of my work revolves around keeping things moving, coordinating with vendors, managing shipments, handling issues when things go wrong, and making sure operations run as smoothly as possible. I’ve also worked closely with clients as a main point of contact, managing expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring service delivery stays on track. I’ve worked in both structured setups and lean 3PL environments, so I’m used to adapting, figuring things out, and getting things done without overcomplicating.
