- Introduced new GameUI 3 using live layout, Pixi.js that builds on top of Game UI v2, and continued support of Game UI v2 APIs. It includes multi-denom support, slam stop, dynamic text count up, resizable text fields, responsive design across multiple screen aspect ratios, re-skinning features. - Developed the Tally Widget, added customisation features in Reward to let operators display real-time spins, total wins, and prize amounts information to users - Introduced CLS (Centralised Language System) into the wrapper and GameUI, enabling centralised management without maintaining about 20 separate assets per language or operator. - Migrated the wrapper and its dependencies from Node 14 to Node 22, and updated the GameUI project to support Node 18 and TypeScript. Modernised package compatibility and Webpack configurations, enabling adoption of modern tech stacks.
- Embedded Gaming demo website RGP Portal (Customer Portal): Customer Portal is a project where we will be focusing on an improved experience for our customers when they need to interact with our game products. Customers will be able to access all the games info on this demo portal, as well as the games information such as RTP, certifications and assets. - Enhanced Test Coverage and reduced vulnerabilities. Increased test code coverage approximately 11% , reduced about 40% vulnerabilities on SonarQube report. - Maintenance of wrapper, gameUI, and rgp-console projects. Fix bugs, develop new features, improvements. - Onboarded new team members by introducing the project, providing reviews, and sharing development guidelines.
As a front-end developer of Roxor Gaming who has the main responsibility for the Wrapper, Game UI and RGP console, fix bugs for improving usability and facility and make new features for commercial users and internal users. Keep renovating outdated dependencies and increasing testing coverage for easier maintenance and finding an error faster. - Wrapper: The Wrapper is the entry point for all Roxor games. Operators will launch a game by opening a URL to the Wrapper. The Wrapper provides sets up communication protocols, loads the game configuration, displays the paytable, displays general error messages and blockers etc. The wrapper includes dependencies to support them. - Game UI: The Game UI supports Slot, Casino, Instant and Bingo games and is intended to provide them with a consistent UI. It exposes an API that the games can make calls to it and receive events from it - RGP Console: The Remote Gaming Platform Console (aka RGP Console) is used to simulate games and force gaming outcomes (such as win, bonus, big win, etc). In conjunction with the internet browser's Dev Tools (Developer Tools) and Charles (web debugging proxy), the RGP Console is the place where we can try out the changes we have made to the game assets within the game environment.
