Dr. Mechelle Roberthon is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT), and keynote/workshop presenter. Her background includes, but is not limited to, curating signature internal learning experiences, leveraging adult learning principles for learner engagement and retention, learning management systems, facilitating and evaluating learning experiences, improving internal performance workflows, and establishing collaborative relationships with executive and senior leaders. Dr. Roberthon received a Doctor of Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University. She holds a Master of Science in Education with a specialization in Training and Performance Improvement. Dr. Roberthon is also an experienced career and professional development instructor; having taught over 500 corporate courses with her evaluations consistently rating above average. Her dynamic and engaging teaching style has become a favorite amongst learners.
